We have written previously on this blog about Emily’s Voices by Emily Knoll, a thought-provoking memoir which recounts Emily’s struggle with voice-hearing and her journey through the mental health system. Following on from the publication of her memoir, Emily has now written an article for the British Medical Journal (BMJ) on the therapeutic interventions that helped her to come to terms with hearing voices. The article – titled Learning to live with hearing voices – can be accessed on the BMJ website or downloaded directly here.
