Friday 27 April 2018 | 10AM-4:30PM | Amnesty International | 17-25 New Inn Yard | London (EC2A 3EA)
In this one day event, the Hearing Voices Network (HVN) invite you to join them in exploring the mental health act from a human rights perspective.
They will be creating space for discussion, reflection and exploration of the impact the Mental Health Act has had on each of us (and those we care about), and the changes you would like to see happen in the forthcoming review. Featured speakers include Nimisha Patel, University of East London.
The event will be followed by the HVN AGM, which will take place from 5-5:30PM. Members of National HVN and interested others are welcome to attend, whether they come to the conference or not.
For more information or to book your place, visit the Eventbrite page here.
The event is free for HVN England members. For non-members, costs are as follows:
- Unwaged (£5)
- Waged (£20)
