Hosted by the French Hearing Voices Network, the 8th World Hearing Voices Congress will take place on 20-21 October 2016 at Maison des associations de solidaritè, 10-18 rue des Terres au Curè, 75013 Paris.
The congress will be composed exclusively of workshops but there will also be a number of public events, including a plenary conference on the evening of Wednesday 19 October 2016 and a Public Forum on Saturday 22 October 2016. The Intervoice Day will take place on 19 October 2016.
The organisers are currently seeking highly interactive workshops for inclusion in the congress conceived by or with voice-hearers. If you would like to submit a proposal, please download the call for workshops and the workshop submission form. The deadline for applications is 10 June 2016. Please email your submissions to the conference organisers.

Fees
Registration rates for the two-day Congress are as follows:
- 259 Euros (waged)
- 156 Euros (students, part-time, low waged)
- 78 Euros (unwaged)
- 500 Euros (Specific French rate « Formation professionnelle continue »)
These rates do not include lunches.

The Intervoice meeting on Wednesday 19th : 31 Euros (including lunch and a cruise on the river Seine). People registered for the meeting will be provided with the exact location of the boat
Conferences on Wednesday evening (6pm-9pm): Free mandatory registration
The party that will take place on Thursday evening: 21 Euros (including diner)
Saturday’s public Forum: Free mandatory registration
Wednesday evening’s conferences as well as Saturday’s public Forum will take place at the Auditorium of the Citè des sciences et de l’industrie, 30 avenue Corentin Cariou, 75019 Paris.

- Shared room for 4 persons: 120 Euros breakfast included (30 Euros/pers/night)
- Room for 2 persons: 84 Euros/night breakfast included
- Single room: 79 Euros/night breakfast included
